Are these physical workbooks or downloads?  All of the resources in our eStore are downloadable PDF files that you will save and print from your own computer.  This format allows us to keep our operating costs lower and pass the savings on to our customers.

Can I use these resources with multiple children?  Purchasing our eBooks grants you the reproduction rights to print what you need for the children living in your same household.  If you wish to use these resources in a standard classroom or homeschool co-op (i.e. with multiple children not residing in the same household) please purchase a Classroom License for the product you are interested in.  This only needs to be purchased once and grants you reproduction rights for a single classroom.

How Can I Pay without a Paypal Account? At checkout you can choose, “Proceed to Paypal” and then choose, “Pay with a Debit or Credit Card.”  You’ll have the option of creating a Paypal account or paying without creating a Paypal account.  After payment you’ll be redirected to your download page.

I’ve made a purchase but didn’t receive my downloads, Help!  Immediately after your payment we send out two emails, the first is an order receipt and the second contains your download links.  You can also login to your customer account page here  (using the same email as you did at checkout) and you can access all of your purchased downloads.  You can also requests a password reset from there as well.  If you think your Spam filter might have blocked these emails, please add: valerie@thecraftyclassroom to your contacts list.

I’m having difficulty downloading my purchase or I’m getting an error message.  First, be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Second, be sure that you are opening the file within Adobe Reader (not Adobe XI or some other PDF software) and that you’re on a standard computer and not a tablet or phone device.  If you’re still unable to download, please reach out to me at Valerie@thecraftyclassroom.com with any error messages you’re receiving.
